Reviews and Ratings
We recently had a two-night stay at the Grand Cascades Lodge, and while the setting is beautiful, the experience had some bumps. The pools were absolutely fantastic, and the staff was engaging, but the room quality did not meet our expectations considering the price. The dining options, although delicious, were quite pricey and required reservations that were inconvenient to manage during our stay.
My stay was quite disappointing, with significant issues during check-in and a lack of support from the staff. The room I was eventually placed in was dirty and not adequately maintained. On the positive side, the pool was enjoyable for the kids, and the hotel offered delivery from local pizzerias, making mealtimes easier. However, I wouldn't recommend this place due to the poor customer service and cleanliness.
We had a decent stay at Grand Cascades Lodge, but some aspects were disappointing. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, which we appreciated, however, the food options left a lot to be desired, especially considering the prices. The dining experiences were mostly overpriced for the quality. While there were enjoyable activities available for the kids, some amenities felt underutilized and could benefit from better operational hours.
I had a mixed experience at Grand Cascades. While the setting is absolutely beautiful and offers a lovely resort vibe, the issues with my room and the dining experience fell short of expectations. The amenities are enjoyable, but the high prices make it feel less worth it compared to the service I received, which was lacking at times.
I recently spent a weekend at the Grand Cascades and left feeling more than a little disappointed. While the spacious grounds and various pools were enjoyable, the dining options were quite expensive and left much to be desired. The room, although visually appealing in photos, felt outdated and didn't match the steep price I paid. The overall experience didn't justify the cost, leading me to believe that better value can be found elsewhere.
